We’re a gym that helps people overcome their fears and insecurities about working out. Our memberships include personalized workout plans, small group personal training, and group exercise classes. Our model is based around providing high-quality coaching and encouraging consistency in a supportive and positive environment!

MEMBERSHIPS

We aren’t your traditional gym, so we don’t have traditional membership options! Here’s a brief rundown of how our memberships work. For more detailed info, click here!

CUSTOMIZED MEMBERSHIP:

Our most popular membership includes the following:

  • 2-4 Weekly Personal Training Sessions with a coach in a “Semi-Private” setting.

  • Personalized workout programs written for you by our experienced program design team.

  • Unlimited access to open gym to perform your workout program on your own at any time.

  • Unlimited group exercise classes.

  • Consistent check-ins with your accountability coach.

GROUP MEMBERSHIP:

Our group membership includes the following:

  • Initial on-boarding with our foundations program and 8 personal training sessions in a small-group setting.

  • Unlimited group exercise classes.

  • Opportunities to use class programming during open gym hours or purchase individualized programs on an a la carte basis.
