Personal Training and Adult Group Classes!  Pride Fitness offers individuals the opportunity to sign up for our Adult Group Classes and/or Personal Training. Our Adult Group Classes are 30-40mins long. They will be a total body workout that improves your core, strength, and endurance. The classes are fun and upbeat, and can challenge anyone from a beginner to an experienced trainee. Our Personal Training sessions are 30-45mins long. We design programs around your goals and reading from our segmental body composition monitor (will read your body fat %, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, bone mass, and more). We improve your core, help you develop strength throughout the body, and finish workouts with high intensity interval training.

Pride Fitness Meal Planning You have the option to sign up for a meal planning service! If your goal is weight loss or weight gain, there is a plan for you. You can have every meal mapped out for you, where a shopping list will also be provided, or choose to have an exchange list letting you make the decisions on what you eat based on a point system. Prices are as follows: 4 Weeks - $45 8 Weeks - $75 12 Weeks - $90
